           About stuff Ina's studying, she's quite prolific;
               For Statute of Frauds you won't go wrong...

I know errors, incapacity,

Each first year student has to strive
Through logical gyrations
To remember the primary five
"S-O-F" situations...
Two are easily imagined,
Three have value and import:
You must know all
For exams and Court!

          That applauds the Statute of Frauds!

Well if you ask legal scholars
What is "Value", they'll explain:
If it costs 500 dollars
And it meets some rules arcane,
Or involves a sale of Real Estate,
Or takes over a year,
Theres no debate!
Its Frauds, my dear!

What sorts of things are Easily
Imagined, per the Court?
The kinds of things folks breezily
Say, not meaning import:
Like pre-nup and divorce stuff,
And "I'll pay off Juniors debts" -
This kind of fluff "The Statute" gets!
